Leigh Powers, DNP, MSN, MS, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Powers is board certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN with her master’s degree in 2004 and doctorate degree in 2012. She has also received a bachelor’s of science in biology from American University in Washington, DC and a master’s degree in applied biology/microbiology from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Powers has been serving the mental health community since 2004, working in both community mental health centers and private practice for over 18 years. She has also served as the administrative medical director at LifeCare Family Services. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Powers has continued to educate future clinicians. She was an Assistant Professor at the University of North Florida, Brooks College of Health and served as an Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry with the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM). She sees patients 14 years and older.
Andrea Lloyd, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Andrea Lloyd is board certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Louisville, KY with her master’s degree in 2013. She has also received a bachelor’s of science in Nursing from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY and a bachelor's of arts degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.
Andrea has been serving the mental health community since 1998, working in both community mental health centers and in-patient mental health facilities. Andrea has broad experience in the treatment of adults, adolescents, and children with a wide range of psychiatric disorders including serious persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, depressive and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and ADHD. She sees patients 5 and older.
Enri Fort, MS, CCC-SLP
Enri is a certified member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed to practice speech language pathology in the state of Florida. Enri’s 20+ years of clinical experience covers a broad range of treatment environments and all ages, including acute care hospitals, rehabilitation centers, private clinics, home care, and schools. She earned a master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Boston University and has practiced in Massachusetts, Hawaii, North Carolina, and Florida. Internationally she practiced as a private consultant in Ukraine, Japan, Germany, Korea, and China where she worked closely with families and schools to diagnose and treat communication disorders.
Enri is a program facilitator of Hanen “It Takes Two To Talk”, a training program for parents of children with language delays. She is trained in PROMPT, DTTC (Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing), The Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Social Thinking Program, and is a Certified PESL Accent Modification Program instructor.
Enri integrates evidence-based research, clinical expertise, and the unique needs of each patient when treating pediatric and adult communication disorders. Her ability to connect with patients and their families and empower them for success is the foundation of her therapy practice.
Kelly Kugler, LMHC-S
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
With a diverse career in mental health that has spanned more than 20 years, Ms. Kelly Kugler is an accomplished therapist now joining Bluewater Behavioral Health. She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and her Master of Science degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University campus in Orlando, Florida. In addition to providing individual, couples and family therapy, she also provides supervision to newly graduated mental health therapists.
In 1995, Ms. Kugler initially began as a caseworker assisting both children and families in the foster care system, eventually rising to a supervisory position prior to returning to graduate school. In 2013, she returned to community mental health as a licensed mental health therapist. Over the following years, Ms. Kugler served in numerous positions including therapist, lead therapist and Clinical Director at a community mental health agency, a group home, an Intensive Mental Health Program for adults, and several residential programs in the area.
Ms. Kugler has expertise and experience working with patients struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, Post Traumatic Stress, co-dependency and childhood abuse, to name a few. In session, she may use a variety of therapeutic methods to assist her clients on their path to wellness. Ms. Kugler has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Equine Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and uses aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She has experience working with children as young as 5 as well as teens, adults, and geriatric populations.
